Geri Ellen Neumann is the Membership & Operations Coordinator at the Sullivan County Chamber of Commerce. In her role, Geri plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth operations of the organization, assisting both Chamber members and the wider business community in achieving their goals.

Geri holds an Associate of Applied Science degree from Russell Sage Junior College of Albany and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the School of Visual Arts, specializing in Graphic Design. Her academic background laid the foundation for a successful career in the creative field. She has gained extensive experience working as a Graphic Designer with prominent companies, including First Brands Corp. and Fisher Mears Associates, where she honed her skills in marketing, branding, and customer service.

In addition to her professional career, Geri is deeply involved in her community. She volunteers with the Sullivan County Federation for the Homeless, where she takes responsibility for keeping the free library bookshelf filled with books, ensuring access to reading materials for those in need.

Outside of her professional and volunteer work, Geri enjoys delving into genealogy and family history, exploring her ancestors and uncovering the stories of her lineage. She also has a passion for collecting and selling unique and whimsical antique and vintage treasures, sharing her love for history through the items she curates.

Geri’s vision for the Sullivan County Chamber of Commerce is to provide top-tier customer service to both its members and the business community while actively promoting the mission of the organization. She aims to foster a supportive environment where local businesses can thrive and grow.
